Having studied ceramics at the University of Ulster in Belfast, Joanne went on to pursue a successful career in education. In 2019, Joanne repurposed a building at her County Armagh home into a pottery workshop and studio. She has since developed her unique style and techniques into a series of pottery ranges that are now selling through a number of galleries, shops and outlets, as well as through her own online shop.
